POWGEN<\/strong> is an international project aimed at facilitating the employment integration of Third Country Nationals (TCNs) by offering certified training in the renovation and renewable energy sectors, as well as job-matching services between trainees and companies. It achieves this through:<\/p>\n

– Identification of best practices<\/strong> in terms of labour inclusion;
<\/span>– Involvement<\/strong> of beneficiaries, companies, and professionals in the project;
<\/span>– Development of skills<\/strong> for professionals working with TCNs;
<\/span>– Implementation of five local pilot projects<\/strong> (Lisbon, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Naples, and Perugia);
<\/span>– Establishment of partnerships with companies<\/strong> to facilitate internships and job opportunities for trainees;
<\/span>– Advocacy for policy changes<\/strong> regarding the labour inclusion of migrants;
<\/span>– Raising awareness<\/strong>, promoting innovation, and disseminating project results, highlighting the benefits of inclusive workplaces<\/span><\/p>\n
