The Home4Health project<\/strong> aims to establish a unified framework across Europe that encourages vocational education and training (VET) organisations, civil society organisations (CSOs), institutions, and public authorities to address the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness who are dealing with complex health issues and trauma, including addiction to psychoactive substances, from an inclusive perspective.<\/p>\n The initiative seeks to increase opportunities for continuous professional and organisational development by sharing good practices and experiences across Europe. The partners and stakeholders of Home4Health are committed to tackling the interconnected challenges of homelessness, mental health issues, and substance use in European societies. We believe these issues reflect broader systemic shortcomings and social neglect within hierarchical structures that often marginalise the most vulnerable people.<\/p>\n The Home4Health project, funded by the Erasmus+<\/strong> programme, will be implemented between January 2024 and June 2026<\/strong>, in collaboration with the following organisations: Asociaci\u00f3n Bienestar y Desarrollo ABD<\/strong> (Spain), as project coordinator, CRESCER<\/strong> (Portugal), HVO-Querido<\/strong> (Netherlands), and Cork Simon Community<\/strong> (Ireland).<\/p>\n
