We support people who use legal and illegal substances and who are in a vulnerable situation in the city of Lisbon.
Since 2009, both our outreach teams have been acting with vulnerable populations, within the city of Lisbon, in line with the Harm Reduction philosophy. These teams work in close proximity with the target groups and the community.

To promote public and individual health, by primarily acting around Minimization of Harm and Reduction of Risks which are associated with the consumption of psychoactive substances.

There are specific daily routes which encompass all the parishes of Lisbon on a weekly basis. Our teams act daily on the main neighborhoods and places of consumption and drug trafficking in East Lisbon: Casal Ventoso, Bairro da Cruz Vermelha e Portas de Benfica.
